First Service Residential in Minneapolis is seeking a Desk Attendant for Saturday and Sunday shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service to residents, guests, and vendors, and responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
You will monitor security, log events, coordinate with supervisors and the Community Manager, and maintain a calm, courteous presence at the front desk while following company policies.
