Customer Service Represenative

Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving inquiries and complaints, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

+ Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.

+ Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

+ Resolve customer issues by identifying solutions and escalating complex matters when necessary.

+ Process orders, returns, exchanges, and account updates accurately.

+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

+ Educate customers on products, services, policies, and procedures.

+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.

+ Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved to their satisfaction.

+ Meet performance metrics related to response times, customer satisfaction, and productivity.

+ Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.

+ Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.

+ Support additional administrative and customer support functions as needed.

Requirements

+ 1+ years of customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred.

+ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

+ Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

+ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ High level of professionalism and customer focus
