Position Overview

We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Call Center Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, resolving inquiries, providing information about products and services, and delivering a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

+ Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner.

+ Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.

+ Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate.

+ Document customer interactions and update records within company systems.

+ Process orders, requests, and account updates as needed.

+ Meet quality, productivity, and service-level expectations.

+ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

+ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.

+ Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent required.

+ Previous call center, customer service, retail, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

+ Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data entry systems.

+ Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
