Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a customer-focused individual with strong attention to detail to support service operations within a higher education environment in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, works efficiently in a fast-paced setting, and maintains strong accuracy when handling written and numeric information. The role requires dependable administrative support, strong attention to detail, and comfort using spreadsheet tools to keep records organized and up to date.

Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries in a courteous and timely manner, providing clear information and effective issue resolution.

- Enter and update alphabetic and numeric data with a high degree of speed and accuracy across internal systems and records.

- Maintain organized documentation and ensure customer information is recorded correctly and consistently.

- Use Microsoft Excel to track activities, manage data, and prepare routine reports as needed.

- Support day-to-day service functions by following established procedures and escalating more complex concerns when appropriate.

- Communicate with internal teams to help coordinate responses and ensure a smooth customer experience. Requirements - Previous experience in a customer service or administrative support role.

- Strong keyboarding skills with alpha entry speed of 8,001 to 10,000 kph.

- Strong numeric data entry ability with speed of 8,001 to 10,000 kph.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data entry, tracking, and basic record management.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage tasks accurately in a structured environment. Talent Match®
