Sunday-Saturday, hours vary between 8-5pm
Rotating weekends
Ideal candidate has availability of 2+ weekdays and 1 weekend day.

Bachman’s Order Center is looking to add an experienced Call
Center Associate to their team. Candidates should be skilled in accurate data entry, excel in customer service and be passionate about the retail and horticulture industry.

• Assisting customers with placing incoming orders
• Assisting other florists with orders coming into and out of our systems
• Answering calls from customers and stores pertaining to products, events, workshops, and deliveries
• Handling customer comments and complaints

• Strong data entry and computer knowledge
• Professional phone manner
• Ability to prioritize
• Dedicated follow through
• Detail oriented
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
• Effective selling skills
• Plant and flower material knowledge preferred
• Ableto sit, be on the phone and on the computer for the majority of the day
• Exceptional customer service skills
