Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Work at the Admissions reception desk, answer phones, welcome guests, and perform administrative tasks
• Conduct campus tours for prospective students and their families
• Connect with prospective students and families in person, via correspondence, phone calls, and virtual visits
• Assist admissions staff with projects and tasks
• Use a desktop computer; work involves sitting, standing, and walking for periods of time
• Manage Admissions' social media accounts to interact with prospective students and families

The company is looking for:

• Work-study eligible students currently enrolled at Augsburg University
• Strong communication skills
• Energetic and positive attitude
• Attention to detail and consistency
• Ability to work independently
• Adaptability, good time management, and self-accountability
• Strong organizational skills
• Fluency in other languages, particularly Spanish, is helpful
• Knowledge or awareness of social media presence is helpful

• Pay rate of $16.45 per hour
• Minnesota Sick and Safe Time
• Not eligible for health insurance benefits

• Monday to Friday, days and afternoons (Fall/Summer)
• Saturday, days (Fall/Summer)
• Up to 10-15 hours per week during the semester, depending on availability
• Between 15-20 hours per week during the summer
