We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing transportation and logistics team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, handling a high volume of customer interactions, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service.

• Track and trace domestic freight shipments and orders
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, reschedules, and shipment updates
• Communicate with customers, vendors, carriers, and agents to ensure smooth transportation services
• Handle incoming customer calls (40-70 per day) and manage a shared customer service email inbox
• Enter orders, prepare shipping documentation, and process customer requests
• Provide pricing quotes and shipment information
• Research and resolve shipment delays, delivery issues, and customer concerns
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in company systems
• Create and update customer reports using Excel

• Strong customer service experience with exceptional communication skills
• Comfortable spending a significant portion of the day on the phone
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical abilities
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to remain calm and professional while handling customer issues

• Experience in logistics, transportation, freight, dispatch, shipping, or supply chain operations
• Experience working in a high-volume call or customer support environment
• Geographic knowledge and routing familiarity
• Post-secondary education
