Overview
Hegstad Family Dental is seeking a compassionate, professional Patient Care Coordinator to join our team-oriented practice. As a Patient Care Coordinator you will play an important role in working with our doctor teams. You will check in patients, schedule patient appointments using scheduling software, verify dental insurance, answer insurance and billing questions, and oversee patient account management.
Starting Salary: $23.50 - $26.50 per hour
ResponsibilitiesAs a Patient Care Coordinator

- Proficient with Microsoft Office, typing and data entry skills
- Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑pace work environment
- Professional customer service
- Effective communicator and team player
- Dental insurance knowledge is a plus
Monday’s: OFF
Tuesday’s: 1:30pm-8:15pm
Wednesday’s: 6:30am-2:15pm
Thursday’s: 6:30am-3:45pm
Friday’s: 6:30am-2:15pm
Saturday’s: 7:00am-2:45pm (4 per year, starting 2027)
