Associate Dentist - Digital Practice + Path to Lead Role

The The Staff Pad is partnering with a modern, fully digital dental practice in the Burnsville area to identify an Associate Dentist for a unique growth and succession opportunity.
This role is ideal for a dentist who wants hands-on mentorship, advanced technology, and a clear path to stepping into a primary clinical role over time.

The incoming associate will work closely with the current provider, gaining independence over time and ultimately stepping into a primary clinical role .
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Build strong patient relationships from an existing base
- Grow into independent clinical leadership
- Develop skills across a broad scope of dentistr
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry services
- Perform procedures including endo, extractions, and sleep-related treatments
- Utilize advanced digital tools for diagnosis and treatment planning
- Collaborate with the lead provider on patient care and mentorship
- Contribute to patient growth and long-term practice success
- DDS or DMD (or eligible for Minnesota licensure)
- 2-3 years of experience preferred
- Strong communicator who connects easily with patients and team members
- Confident working independently while also valuing mentorship
- Growth-minded and interested in long-term opportunity
- 3-4 days per week to start (Monday-Thursday)
