Dental Office Coordinator

Krengel Dental is seeking a Full-Time Practice Coordinator to support our growing, modern general dental practice in St. Louis Park. We’re a fast-paced, centrally located office with a welcoming environment and a commitment to excellence in both patient care and teamwork.

We’re looking for a dependable, enthusiastic, and adaptable individual who thrives in a collaborative setting and takes initiative to keep our schedule—and our patients—running smoothly every day.

• Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from start to finish
• Answer phones with excellent communication skills and polished phone etiquette
• Proactively manage and optimize the daily schedule for both hygiene and doctor appointments
• Check patients in and out efficiently; collect and post payments accurately
• Verify and coordinate insurance benefits; follow up on outstanding claims in a timely manner
• Support a culture of teamwork, positivity, and continuous improvement

• Adaptability and initiative in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated commitment to five-star customer service
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Team player with a selfless attitude and motivation to support both patients and colleagues
• Prior dental experience and management experience is preferred (but not required); Open Dental experience is a plus
