ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional patient care, perform dental hygiene procedures, screen patients, document medical histories, and support the clinical team. Utilize advanced tools and techniques such as digital X-rays, Velscope, and Diagnodent to ensure comprehensive preventative care. Contribute to a positive patient experience and uphold high standards of clinical excellence.
Qualifications & Skills- Active dental hygienist license in Minnesota
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene
- Knowledge of dental procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR certification
- Experience with digital tools and systems is preferred; new grads are welcome
- Strong desire to learn and grow clinically
Deliver quality dental hygiene services, educate patients on oral health, and work collaboratively within a supportive team. Maintain safety and adhere to office policies and standards.
Physical & Other RequirementsAbility to perform essential duties with or without accommodations, lift up to 45 pounds, and attend periodic training sessions. Completion of a TB test prior to employment is required.
