We’re seeking a passionate Registered Dental Hygienist (full-time or part-time) to join our supportive team. Whether you’re a new grad or an experienced hygienist, this role offers a low-stress, patient-focused environment where you can truly make a difference. • $52 - $57 per hour
• Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience.

No weekends! Monday–Thursday.

• Monday: 7 AM–4 PM
• Tuesday: 8 AM–5 PM
• Wednesday: 8 AM–5 PM
• Thursday: 7 AM–3 PM

1-hour lunch break daily

• Licensed dental hygienist
• Active Minnesota Dental Hygienist license.
• Graduation from an accredited dental hygiene program (new grads welcome!).
• Passion for preventive care and patient education.
• Dental Hygienist License CPR Certification BLS Certification X-ray / Radiography Certification Local Anesthesia Certification Nitrous Oxide Certification Expanded Functions Dental Hygienist Advanced Dental Hygiene Practitioner Certification Infection Control License Driver's license

• Provide one-on-one, high-quality preventive care (prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, fluoride treatments, etc.).
• Conduct thorough oral health assessments and personalized patient education.
• Take and interpret dental X-rays as needed.
• Screen for oral diseases and collaborate with our dentist on treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate patient records with attention to detail.
• Foster trusting, long-term relationships with patients through compassionate communication.
• Adhere to strict infection control and safety protocols.
