We are seeking a passionate, creative, self‑motivated team player to join our collaborative, innovative, and highly productive environment. You will be involved in architectural design, detailing, documentation, BIM model preparation, document management, project organization, and client presentations across a range of projects from small interior remodels to large‑scale new facilities.

• Graduate of an accredited architectural program (B.Arch or M.Arch) with a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience and licensed, or working toward licensure.

• Work closely and daily with the project architect, project manager, and other team members.
• Assist and prepare project documents during schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding, and construction phases with the Design Team.
• Assist creatively in problem solving, design of spaces, and follow‑up options.
• Prepare project presentations for the client with graphic quality.
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, consultants, and the team.
• Manage schedules and deadlines within project budgets.
• Coordinate with our internal team and outside consultants.
• Demonstrate proficiency with BIM software (Archi
  
  CAD preferred, Revit accepted), Sketch Up, macOS, Adobe Suite, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Understand phases of design including planning, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction administration, construction means, methods, and building techniques.
