Brand-new opportunity for an entry-level Architectural Drafter that is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who studied architecture, industrial design, interior design, or a related field. No professional drafting experience is required. This role is for individuals who have the education and interest in design but haven’t yet been able to land a position in the field, or who are currently in a very junior drafting role and want to work on real projects in a professional office environment with room to grow.
WhoThis Role Is For
- Hold a degree in architecture, industrial design, interior design, or a related discipline. Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s degrees are all welcome.
- Graduated within the past few years and are looking for a way into the industry.
- Have taken drafting, CAD, or design courses but lack professional experience.
- Are currently in an entry-level drafting role and want exposure to better projects, processes, and mentorship.
- Want a professional office job that builds real, transferable experience.
- A professional design-related job.
- Hands‑on experience on real projects.
- Exposure to how design concepts turn into built environments.

- Prepare and modify drawings, layouts, and design documentation.
- Support designers and project managers with drafting and coordination tasks.
- Learn how drawings are developed, reviewed, revised, and issued.
- Organize files, drawings, and project documentation.
- Assist with design changes and project updates.
- Learn industry standards, workflows, and production processes.
- A degree in architecture, architectural design, architecture technology, industrial design, interior design, construction management, or similar.
- Basic familiarity with drafting or design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Ability to follow direction and ask questions.
- Interest in design, architecture, or creative project delivery.
