Position: Entry-Level Project Manager (Architectural Design)

Overview

Entry-Level Project Manager (Architecture Design & Creative Projects)

This is a career-launch opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to break into the architecture, design, or creative industries but haven’t yet been given that first real chance. No professional project management experience is required. This role is designed for people who have the education and interest in design or architecture and are looking for a full-time professional office role where they will be trained, mentored, and developed.

If you’ve graduated within the past few years and haven’t been able to land a role directly in your field, this is your opening.

Location: Minneapolis

Salary / Compensation: $35,000-$40,000

Responsibilities
  • Support and manage design-focused projects from start to finish with training
  • Assist with project coordination across internal teams and external partners
  • Learn to track schedules, deliverables, and budgets
  • Support project estimating and proposal preparation
  • Organize drawings, specifications, and project documentation
  • Communicate with team members, vendors, and clients professionally
  • Learn industry workflows, terminology, and project management best practices
Qualifications
  • A degree in architecture, architectural design, architecture technology, industrial design, interior design, construction management, or similar
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, office-based environment
  • Interest in design, architecture, or creative project delivery
