Attractive compensation package ($80,000 – $135,000) depending on your skill level and industry experience.

Murphy & Co Design wants a seasoned AutoCAD Project Manager (5+ years of commercial or residential experience) to lead the technical development of our exemplary homes. This isn’t just drafting; you are the bridge between artistic vision and built reality.
Responsibilities- Take hand‑drawn sketches or conceptual AutoCAD drawings from architects/designers and translate them into detailed AutoCAD construction documents.
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is maintained from concept to completion.
- Manage timelines and maintain rigorous quality control standards.
- Mentor and manage other CAD technicians in the firm, fostering a collaborative, supportive team environment.
- Communicate with architects/designers and contractors on‑site to solve design challenges, ensuring each home is exemplary.
- 5+ years of commercial or residential AutoCAD experience, with strong drafting skills.
- Strong understanding of building systems, technology, and high‑end construction methods.
- Proactive, organized, and capable of managing timelines and projects.
- Excellent communication skills; friendly, respectful, and a true team player.
- Detail-oriented and passionate about precise molding profiles and construction details.
