Residential Architectural Designer
Location:
Minneapolis, MN
Salary: $75k – $125k DOE, Health Insurance, 3 weeks PTO, 401k match, Mileage, etc.
DescriptionWe are looking for an individual to lead and create exceptional homeowner experiences through relationships, creativity, professionalism, and joy. The role involves working closely with field superintendents, project managers, and craftsmen in a studio‑style environment. The designer will deliver customized designs that transform residential homes, incorporating feedback and pursuing innovative materials and looks.
We would love to see some of the work you have designed or created. Please send us images or PDFs of your work – homes, drawings, furniture, art, etc. We’d love to see examples of your creativity in any and all forms.
Qualifications- Registered Architect and/or Archi
CAD proficiency (a PLUS) - 4+ years of residential work experience (a MUST)
- Ability to collaborate, learn, and incorporate feedback
- Experience leading and presenting design concepts
