Requirements

& Responsibilities
  • Associate’s degree in architectural drafting.
  • Experience with BIM Management: software uploads, setting up computers, Revit Standards, IT budgets.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Team contributor socially and professionally.
  • Proficiency in Revit with working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign & Lumion.
  • Ability to multi-task in various phases of design and projects.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience within an architectural office.
  • Knowledge of codes, building systems, and software updates.
  • Approximately 20% technology management, 80% architectural drafting; coordination with off‑IT consultants.
