Interior Design Consultant - Minneapolis Gallery

Summary

Provide an elevated, luxury client experience in the RH Gallery by assessing walk-in clientele, offering product expertise, and partnering with RH Interior Design to deliver curated spaces. The Design Consultant manages the client relationship from initial contact through product delivery while supporting gallery visual and quality standards and meeting fiscal goals.

• Provide a luxury experience for RH clientele through product expertise and elevated service
• Qualify and educate potential clients on RH Interior Design services
• Own all phases of the client experience from initial contact through product delivery
• Grow and maintain a strong client base and ensure fiscal goals are achieved
• Represent the RH lifestyle through professional communication, appearance, and conduct
• Support gallery visual and quality standards and collaborate with the design team

• Experience with in a design firm or high-end furniture and luxury retail preferred
• Education or background in Art, Architecture, or Interior Design preferred
• People and relationship driven with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Highly organized, collaborative, and results-oriented; strategic and mentally agile
• Proficiency with Mac OS, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications
• Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 25 lbs., maneuver on the gallery floor, and travel locally or out of state; licensed to drive preferred
