Architectural Technician

We are seeking an Architectural Technician to support the development and production of construction documents and project deliverables. This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical architectural foundation who is comfortable working in collaborative environments and supporting projects from design through documentation.

The Architectural Technician will be responsible for creating and maintaining architectural models, drafting construction documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external consultants using BIM software and related design tools.

• Support the development and production of construction documents for active projects
• Create and maintain architectural models and draft drawings using BIM applications
• Coordinate with external consultants and project teams to ensure design alignment and project accuracy
• Assist with developing prototype details and drawing files, ensuring updates are incorporated across assigned projects
• Produce architectural models and technical drawings that align with company standards and project requirements
• Create presentation drawings and rendered exhibits for agency submissions, land-owner reviews, architectural review committees, public presentations, and internal stakeholders
• Maintain compliance with established BIM/CAD standards, procedures, and best practices

• Associate degree (2-year) in Architectural Drafting or a related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience in architecture or architectural drafting
• Proficiency with:
  Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of BIM/CAD standards and procedures
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
