Murphy & Co Design is looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level AutoCAD Technician & Visual Illustrator to grow with our team. What you will bring to the team and what you will do:

• A strong interest in developing accurate, thoughtful construction documents in AutoCAD, with mentoring available as you build your skills.
• Experience or interest in creating 3D visuals using Rhino 3D and Lumion.
• A detail‑oriented mindset and pride in producing high‑quality work.
• A friendly, professional, respectful, and collaborative approach.
• A team‑oriented attitude and willingness to contribute wherever needed.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• A general understanding of construction technology and building systems.
• A general understanding of 3D drawing development, with mentoring available to support your growth.
• In this role, you will create 3D renderings of our projects and help develop construction documents in AutoCAD under the guidance of an AutoCAD Project Manager.
• You will assist with technical drawings for residential interiors and exteriors, participate in internal team meetings, and support 3D work as projects evolve.
• This position is designed for someone ready to learn, contribute, and grow, with training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities available.
