(51 Years) is an innovative landscape design/build company in process to hire an additional, experienced landscape architect or landscape designer (5+ years of experience) to join the Yardscapes design team. Designs includes:
- Driveways.
- Front Entries.
- Patios and Entertaining Areas.
- Outdoor Kitchens.
- Pools/Spa.
- Plantings and Perennial Gardens.
- Decks and Pergolas.
- Lighting.
At Yardscapes, designers are involved in every step of the project; scheduling on-site client meetings, designing and discussing the designs with the client, site visits to manage and implement the plan, teaming with architects, builders, and interior designers, and any follow-up with their clients. Designer and client involvement throughout the entire project is a very important part of the Yardscapes process.
Tools and programs used:
- Hand Drafting + Coloring.
- AutoCAD.
- Plan Swift (Take-Offs and Estimates).
- Quickbooks for Creating Estimates and Invoicing.
Compensation includes:
- Base Salary.
- Commission on Sales and Project Completion.
- Benefit Packages.
Job type:
Full-time.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $ per year.
