Responsibilities- Manage planning and coordination of assigned projects through all phases of design
- Develop and mange construction documentation
- Assist in design and investigation of material selection and systems
- Plan, assign, direct, coordinate and manage work flow and ensure quality control review of work
- Coordinate consultants, program requirements, code compliance, drawings and specifications
- Work on multiple projects concurrently
- Administer and manage less complex projects with minimal guidance
- Review shop drawings and material samples
- Prepare change drawings and coordinate with the Construction Administrator when working on projects in the construction phase
- Bachelor’s Degree required, accredited Architectural Degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience working in a professional design firm
- Demonstrated proficiency in Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Suite
- Strong rendering skills is a plus
- General experience in all phases of architecture and substantial experience in the development of construction documents
- Thorough knowledge of architectural drafting and modeling, detailing, building materials, building codes and construction
- Strong architecture design, space planning, construction documentation and presentation skills
- Analytical and problem‑solving skills
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
