Captain, CAD​/ AutoCAD​/ Mechanical Design, Design & Architecture

Responsibilities

• Develop creative design concepts and architectural solutions
• Prepare Revit models, drawings, and construction documents
• Assist with programming, site planning, and zoning/code analysis
• Support 2D/3D modeling, rendering, and design presentations
• Participate in client discussions and incorporate design feedback
• Support construction administration tasks (shop drawings, RFIs, submittals)
• Coordinate with engineering consultants and project team members
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative design culture

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
• 5+ years of architectural design experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing multiple project activities within the architecture industry
• Strong Revit and Sketch Up skills
• Experience with site planning and zoning analysis
• Ability to manage multiple project tasks independently
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and design skills
• Experience with Enscape, Bluebeam, or Adobe Creative Suite

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Minneapolis, MN.
