Lead E-commerce Product Designer; Omnichannel

TEKsystems is searching for a Lead Product Designer to join their client’s Customer Experience team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the entire design process, from crafting a long‑term design strategy to creating high‑fidelity prototypes for web, mobile, and in‑store experiences.

• Work on a strategically important project for a major health and wellness company.
• Collaborate with a cross‑functional team of product managers, developers, and other designers.

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer.
• A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to design user‑friendly and visually appealing experiences.
• Experience with wire framing, prototyping, and design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.

• Experience with e‑commerce design.
• Experience working on omnichannel projects (web, mobile, and in‑store).
• Experience working with large companies and teams.

• Develop a design vision for the health and wellness e‑commerce platform.
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs.
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that designs are aligned with business goals.
• Present and sell in your design solutions.
