Architect, Architect ​/ Sr. Architect

An established, multidisciplinary design practice is seeking a talented Senior Architect to join its growing Minneapolis office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect who enjoys leading projects, mentoring teams, and collaborating with clients across a diverse portfolio of work.

The successful candidate will play a key role in project delivery from concept through construction, while contributing to business development efforts and maintaining strong client relationships.

• Lead architectural projects through all phases of design and delivery.
• Manage project teams, schedules, budgets, and consultant coordination.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
• Produce and review technical documentation to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative office culture.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Participate in client presentations, meetings, and business development initiatives.
• Ensure projects comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• Strong experience managing projects from design through construction administration.
• Proficiency with Revit and other industry-standard design software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
