Our growing firm is looking for passionate problem-solvers driven to make a real impact: we’re hiring a Technician for a 6-month temporary position with the potential to convert to a full-time permanent role. Our General Arrangement and Structural teams work on a variety of projects for our agribusiness and industrial clients, collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver structural drawings, process flow diagrams, equipment lists and facility layouts.

The Technician works with designers and engineers to provide drawing preparation and drafting support for a variety of projects from concept phase through construction documents.

• Set up plans, sections and details to specified CAD standards under the direction of others.
• Identify redlines on drawings created by others and accurately make required changes.
• Enhance design skills to support the advancement of technical expertise.
• Coordinate plotter maintenance and project archiving as requested.
• May require occasional travel to construction job sites.

• Certificate in construction related design/drafting or higher.
• or at least 1 year of directly related experience.

$22.00 - $29.00. A variety of factors are considered when determining an offer including, but not limited to, market data, geographic location, experience, and specialized skills.
