Our client is seeking a creative and collaborative Interior Designer to join their growing Interior Design team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and execution of large-scale commercial projects for a nationally recognized brand.
The ideal candidate is passionate about creating engaging environments, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions. This role offers the opportunity to influence projects from concept through construction while working within established brand standards and prototype design systems.
Responsibilities- Produce design documentation including plans, elevations, finish selections, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and internal stakeholders throughout all phases of design.
- Support projects from programming and schematic design through construction administration.
- Ensure designs align with brand standards while balancing creativity, functionality, and budget.
- Coordinate FF&E selections, finish palettes, and material specifications.
- Prepare presentations and communicate design intent to project teams and leadership.
- Assist in maintaining design standards and continuously improving design processes.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project milestones.
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from a CIDA-accredited program.
- 3+ years of commercial interior design experience.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial, hospitality, retail, workplace, fitness, or mixed-use projects.
- Experience with prototype, standardized, or multi-location design programs is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and other industry-standard design software.
