Target is seeking a Designer, Soft Décor to support and lead the design and development of our soft goods collections. You will work across brands, ensuring cohesion with merchant plans, pricing, and creative direction.
The role requires a 4-year design degree, 3+ years in product development (home textiles preferred), and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. It is a hybrid role with in-office work at our Downtown MN campus.
