Revit Technician

Responsibilities

+ Build and manage 3D architectural models and 2D construction packages using Revit.

+ Coordinate digital models with structural, mechanical, and electrical consultants to spot and fix clashes.

+ Create custom Revit components (families) and maintain office template standards.

+ Update drawings based on redlines, design revisions, client feedback, and requests for information (RFIs).

+ Review technical details to make sure designs comply with local building regulations and safety standards

Skills & Qualifications

+ 5+ years of professional experience in architecture.

+ Bachelor's degree in architecture;
Master's in architecture preferred.

+ Proficient in Revit and Bluebeam.

+ Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

+ Effective team experience working with multiple team members.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
