Sales Representative – Architectural

Responsibilities

• Work closely with architectural professionals advising on the design and specification of door openings
• Utilize Openings Studio, award‑winning BIM software used to specify 3D doors, hardware and access control
• Drive positive, sustaining relationships with key influencers and create brand demand through educating, facilitating, and promoting ASSA ABLOY solutions
• Serve as the point‑of‑contact for the architect's education, specification, client satisfaction and technical support needs
• Promote adoption of the Openings Studio BIM tool and present project proposals for value‑added professional services

• At least 2‑3 years’ industry related experience in architectural representation, specification writing, or Design‑Build construction management
• College/University degree (preference for specialization in related curricula such as: architectural, design/engineering/drafting, construction science/management, business, or similar), or have work experience commensurate with, minimum high school/GED diploma
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Utilization and maintenance of CRM tools for sales and activity reporting
• Working knowledge of industry‑related software is a plus

Demonstrates expertise in architectural representation and specification writing, with a strong focus on utilizing Openings Studio BIM software for door openings and hardware specifications. Proven ability to build relationships with architects and key influencers while providing technical support and education on ASSA ABLOY solutions.
