Architectural Designer II & III | Minneapolis

This opportunity is ideal for an Architectural Designer II or Designer III with at least four years of experience who wants to strengthen their creative, technical, and leadership capabilities.

• Contribute to projects from programming and design through construction administration.
• Develop coordinated design and construction documents.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, project managers, consultants, development teams, and construction professionals.
• Participate in and lead design, consultant, and project meetings.
• Apply building codes and accessibility requirements.
• Develop architectural details with close attention to constructability.
• Support QA/QC reviews and project specification coordination.
• Help resolve design and technical challenges.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

• Four or more years of professional architecture or design experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or a related technical degree.
• Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM workflows.
• Knowledge of building codes, documentation, detailing, and constructability.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team.

• Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Sketch Up, and Bluebeam.
• Consultant coordination or project meeting leadership.
• LEED AP and/or WELL AP certification.
• Currently pursuing or interested in pursuing architectural licensure.
