This position is for a Lead Agentic AI Engineer who will be involved in the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-powered applications, working closely with a team that emphasizes collaboration and leadership in architecting innovative AI solutions.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to create high-quality designs and adapt them based on client needs and feedback, while supporting the Office & Industrial team for the Minnesota market in developing marketing materials and publications. This is a temporary role and fully onsite position in Minneapolis.

• Create high-quality designs, concepts, and layouts for pitch and property marketing materials.
• Plan, analyze, and develop visual solutions to communication needs.
• Develop overall layouts and production designs for publications.
• Create charts and graphs based on provided data.
• Create maps and diagrams highlighting area amenities.
• Support the Office & Industrial team for the Minnesota market, primarily developing 30–40 page Offering Memorandums.
• Use Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop to produce polished marketing materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and adapt designs based on client needs and feedback.
• Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Background in commercial real estate design and marketing.

• Associate’s degree in Design and/or a certificate in Graphic Design required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field preferred.
