Architect​/Project Manager

Exciting and highly rewarding opportunity for an Architect/Project Manager looking to join the team in Minneapolis! This is a hybrid position with working three days in the office and two days remote. Responsibilities include leading design efforts for a variety of corporate/industrial, government, and educational projects, collaborating/coordinating activities with a multidiscipline team, and as Project Architect, developing schematic designs, assisting with specification preparation/edits, and preparing production documentation.

As Project Manager, responsibilities include managing fee estimates, project budgets, and schedules, and assisting with business development activities including developing project proposals/presentations and building/maintaining client relationships.

Requirements include a degree in architecture, 8+ years of experience with progressive responsibilities, previous corporate project experience, experience in educational and government projects preferred, experience serving as a Project Manager with demonstrated abilities related to multi-tasking, time management, budgeting, communication (verbal, written, and presentation), and leadership, architectural registration in the State of Minnesota or ability to become registered within one year of employment, architectural registration in additional states a plus, proficient with design applications including Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketch-up, and knowledge of graphics applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and In-Design preferred.
