Immediate need for a talented Designer II. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Minneapolis, MN(Onsite).

Pay Range: $75000 - $80000/annum. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities- Develop architectural design and construction documents in Revit.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, consultants, development, and construction teams.
- Support projects from programming through construction administration.
- Apply building codes, design principles, detailing, and constructability requirements.
- Lead/participate in design, consultant, and project team meetings.
- Resolve technical, coordination, and scope-related issues.
- Support QA/QC, code reviews, specifications, and material/finish selections.
- Mentor and guide junior staff.
- Must have skills:
- Revit, BIM, Architectural Construction Documentation, Building Codes & Code Compliance, Constructability & Project Coordination. - 4+ years of relevant architectural experience.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related technical degree.
- Strong Revit and BIM experience.
- Strong knowledge of architectural documentation, building codes, and constructability.
- Experience with project coordination and construction documentation.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Preferred:
Adobe Suite, Enscape, Sketch Up, Bluebeam, LEED AP/WELL AP.
