About therole:
As a Senior Product Designer within our Loyalty UX Team,you'llbe at the forefront of Target's evolving digital experience, helping shape the future of our next-generation loyalty ecosystem.
You'lldesign experiences that make loyalty more rewarding, personalized, and seamlessly integrated into every shopping journey across digital and in-store touchpoints.
Working closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, and cross-functional business partners,you'lldefine and deliver end-to-end experiences spanning membership, rewards, personalization, and member engagement.
You'll translate complex businessstrategyinto simple, intuitive experiences that deepen guest relationships and drive long-term loyalty.
This role is ideal for a systems thinker who enjoys solving complex, interconnected product challenges and designing experiences that span multiple touchpoints across the guest journey.
You’lluse tried and true design methodologies such as human centered designthinkingto understand guest needs, balance business ideas, deliver best-in-class design from concept to execution, while championing cross-functional experimentation.
As a member of the team, you will contribute to advancing the broader practice of UX at Targetthroughinfluence, impact, and craft, while also educating cross-functional teams when needed. We are an engaged, supportive, and increasingly diverse team focused on elevating the impact of our discipline.
Responsibilities:
Participate in the full design process, from early discovery and strategic approach to ideation, design, testing assetdeliveryand production with engineers
Lead and contribute craft-specific work to large, complex projects with cross-team impact
Leverage insights,dataandquantitative/qualitativeresearchtoidentifyand pursue user-centric outcomes within your product space
Create design deliverables representative of the design process phase - such as journey maps, wireframes, user flows, UIdesignand prototypes
Hold design work to a high standard of craft, including accessibility, user research, information architecture, interaction design, visual design
Contribute toa culture of human-centered practice within UX, product, and engineering teams
