We are partnering with a highly respected residential architecture and interior design studio seeking a Mid-Senior Architectural Designer to join their growing team. Known for creating exceptional custom residences, lake homes, retreats, and transformative renovations, this firm approaches every project with a commitment to craftsmanship, collaboration, and meaningful design.

As a key member of the senior design team, you will have the opportunity to lead and contribute to distinctive residential projects from initial concept through construction completion. You'll work closely with homeowners, consultants, and builders to deliver personalized designs that balance beauty, function, and context.

• Develop innovative design concepts for custom residential projects
• Produce and coordinate design presentations, renderings, and construction documents
• Guide projects through all phases of design and documentation
• Collaborate with homeowners, consultants, and contractors
• Participate in project meetings and client presentations
• Ensure projects maintain a high level of design integrity and technical excellence
• Support construction administration and field coordination as needed

Required

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture
• 6+ years of professional architectural experience
• Strong proficiency with Revit
• Experience developing projects from schematic design through construction documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred

• Custom residential or luxury residential project experience
• Architectural licensure or progress toward licensure
• Experience presenting directly to clients
• Knowledge of residential construction detailing and best practices
