As the interiors team continues to grow, they're looking for a Head of Interiors to help shape its future. This is an opportunity to lead a team, drive new business, and play a key role in the direction and growth of an established design practice.
What you'll be doing:- Leading and growing the Interior Architecture practice
- Developing new business opportunities across workplace, mixed use, and commercial sectors
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, developers, and industry partners
- Leading project pursuits, presentations, and proposal efforts
- Overseeing project delivery, design quality, and team performance
- Mentoring and developing interior architecture staff
- Supporting client engagement and helping secure new project opportunities
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful projects
- Contributing to the strategic direction and growth of the interiors business
- Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture
- 10+ years of professional experience within commercial architecture and interiors
- Proven business development and client relationship management experience
- Strong portfolio of workplace, mixed use, and commercial projects
- Experience leading teams and managing project delivery
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship building skills
- Proficiency in Revit and industry standard design software
- Ability to balance business development, leadership, and project responsibilities
