- Pay Range Statement Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.

Park Nicollet Clinics is seeking Physicians to join our Family Medicine Extended Hours Access team that will redefine work-life balance while providing extended access care to our Maple Grove and Plymouth communities. This non-traditional schedule model will appeal to lifestyle-conscious candidates interested in a .58 – 1.0 FTE that values autonomy, flexibility, and team-based care. Minimum 5+ years full scope Family Medicine experience.

As a Family Medicine Clinician, you will be part of the largest multi‑specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification/board eligibility in Family Medicine. This is an out‑patient position where you will have the ability to perform a range of in‑clinic procedures.
