Position: General Otolaryngologist – Twin Cities Metro

General Otolaryngologist

Health Partners is looking for a General Otolaryngologist to join our otolaryngology team in the Twin Cities metro providing otolaryngology services at our metro locations. Being a part of our team means you will have an impact on the care that our patients receive every day.

As a general otolaryngologist, you will be part of the largest multi‑specialty care system in the Twin Cities. The position requires board certification or board eligibility in Otolaryngology.

Highlights of this position include:

  • Talented and well‑respected staff of 12 generalists and specialists in otolaryngology, pediatric otolaryngology, otology/neurotology and facial/plastic reconstructive surgery supported by physician assistants and audiologists.
  • Opportunity to practice the entire spectrum of Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery.
  • The Department is a primary teaching site for the University of Minnesota’s otolaryngology residency program.
  • Collegial practice environment with a patient‑centered culture.
  • In addition to clinical and surgical responsibilities, our Otolaryngologists share call coverage at Regions Hospital, Health Partners nationally recognized Level 1 trauma center in St. Paul.

Pay Range:

$ Minimum – $ Maximum based on a 1.0 FTE

Pay Range Statement:

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Pay within our ranges may also be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities as well as internal equity. After the salary guarantee period, this position will be compensated based on work RVU productivity.
