Position Overview
Academic Physician, Assistant or Associate Professor in the Division of Blood and Marrow Transplantation & Cellular Therapy, Department of Pediatrics, University of Minnesota.
The Division seeks a pediatric hematologist/oncologist with training and experience in blood and marrow transplantation and cellular therapy, focusing on non‑malignant diseases.
Responsibilities- Provide inpatient and outpatient clinical care for patients with hemoglobinopathies, inborn errors of immunity, and other non‑malignant diseases.
- Conduct translational clinical research and develop basic/translational research programs to advance new ideas from bench to bedside.
- Participate in the educational mission of the Medical School and Department.
- M.D. and board eligible or certified in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology.
- Extensive training and experience in blood and marrow transplantation and cellular therapy.
- Demonstrated excellence in patient care and clinical research.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Minnesota medical license and pass credentialing.
- Ability to receive and maintain U.S. work authorization from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Competitive salary ranging from $185,000 to $283,400 for clinical effort, with additional compensation linked to academic effort.
