• TITLE: Part Time Nutrition Services Associate – entry level position
• LOCATION: Westwood Campus
• HOURS: 4.75 HOURS/DAY; 9:15‑2:00
• DUTY DAYS: 168 student‑contact days based on the school year calendar;
  September‑June + two training days in August
• WAGE/BENEFITS: $20.30/hr; sick leave
• START DATE: Immediate opening
• Roles and Responsibilities: The Westwood nutrition team proudly serves students in grades 5‑8, serving over 400 breakfasts and 1,200 lunches per day. Duties include food prep, serving, cashier work, and operating a dish machine as assigned by the kitchen manager. Must maintain a friendly and professional attitude when interacting with all students, staff and co‑workers, attend job‑related training classes and workshops to meet the professional standards guidelines of 4 hours/year, follow Department Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and maintain high standards and working knowledge of food safety and sanitation pursuant to the Minnesota Food Code.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check and pre‑work physical
• Three professional reference checks
• Working knowledge of computers, including email
• Ability to pass a pre‑work physical

• Experience working in the food service industry is preferred
• Must have a pleasant disposition toward students while serving breakfast and lunch
