LOCATION

NOTE:

We are recruiting for multiple openings in this role. This position is campus-based and located in Dallas‑Fort Worth, Santa Barbara, San Francisco, Orange County, and Palm Beach. Relocation assistance is provided.

Most admissions professionals are brought on to maintain the status quo. You'll be brought on to dismantle it and build something superior.

2 Hour Learning condenses an entire school day into two hours through AI‑driven, mastery‑based learning applications. No traditional teachers. No classroom lectures. No inefficiency. Our students advance at 2.6 times the national learning rate—validated by MAP assessment data. Afternoons are reserved for life skills development, personal enrichment, and purposeful projects. This represents more than an alternative approach to education. It's an accelerated, high‑impact framework producing top 1% academic results in half the conventional time.

Your role is critical to this mission. You'll oversee complete admissions operations for a designated campus, managing your entire enrollment pipeline independently. No bureaucratic layers. No task delegation. No unnecessary complexity. You'll convert interest into commitment through rapid responsiveness, evidence‑based results, compelling campus experiences, and selective evaluation. You'll be the deciding factor when families choose a school that fundamentally reimagines education.

If you thrive on efficiency, substance, and promoting a demonstrably better offering rather than aspirational messaging, this role is designed for you.
