POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR THE 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR

Full-time secondary school special education center-based EBD teaching positions are available for the STARS program:
Students Taught Alternatives Reach Success.

This federal setting III program is for students who have social, emotional, and/or behavioral needs that require programming supports not available in less restrictive settings. Students are identified for placement based on their individual needs. STARS students are typically more successful in a smaller, structured, predictable setting with a high staff-to-student ratio. Additionally, they may benefit from targeted social/emotional/behavioral support from the school social workers and psychologists who are an integrated part of the STARS program.

Students have access to the typical school environment including the general education classroom, cafeteria, hallways, etc; and increase participation as skills are built in the special education environment.

Applicants must hold appropriate MN special education teaching license.

Salary and benefits based on current Teacher Collective Bargaining Agreement
