Technical Trainer

*** This role is currently based at our Minneapolis office and will transition to our new headquarters in Dayton, MN, in 2027.
*** The Technical Trainer will be responsible for leading the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of comprehensive training programs and initiatives. The Technical Trainer will facilitate engaging training sessions for a diverse audience, including technicians and sales representatives, and will play a pivotal role in managing learning schedules, participant records, and the certification process. This role will be responsible for partnering with key leaders throughout the organization to ensure training programs are advancing overall marketing strategies and programs.

Facilitate learning by using a variety of active learning methods and adult learning concepts to develop participants’ competencies and to help learners meet specified performance expectations. 3+ years of experience in course development and instructional design using adult learning concepts.

Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects from start to finish.

Demonstrated ability to coach and delegate to others.

Prove ability to use active learning styles and methods.

Advanced group facilitation skills.

Strong skills using training software programs.

Strong skills in Microsoft office applications including PowerPoint.

Ability to travel Global industrial manufacturing experience and knowledge.
