Job Responsibilities
Assisting the head coach with day-to-day operations including recruiting, monitoring the student-athletes’ academic and athletic progress, organizing practice and game strategies, administrative duties, film breakdown, fundraising, and community outreach programs. The GA will also assist the Head Coach in academic monitoring and the integration of academics into our sport. We use lacrosse as a tool to help students develop good academic and life habits.
JobQualifications
- Accepted into a graduate program at North Central College.
- Experience playing or coaching lacrosse, or athletic administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills.
- Experience in college athletics strongly preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record strongly preferred.
20 hours per week during the academic year, excluding academic breaks.
