Mini-Hops Gymnastics benefits include 401(k), Paid Time Off (1.5 hours for every 30 hours worked), paid holidays and discounts for all staff who work 4 hours or more per week. Wages and benefits commensurate with experience.

A love for children is required, but experience in gymnastics is not.

We are hiring early childhood sports instructors for after-school hours and Saturdays. We are open 6 days a week 8:00 am-8:00 pm. The strongest need during the school year is for evenings from 3:45/4:00-7:30 pm and Saturday mornings from 8:15 am-1:15 pm. The strongest need in summer is for 7:45-12:15 and/or 3:30-7:30 pm, on weekdays.

Coaching pay is based on experience and education and ranges from $15-$26.

• Recognize that all staff have a role in customer experience.
• Ability to work evenings and Saturdays. Flexible scheduling!

• 1-3 years’ experience working with preschoolers (we hire people with great character and we train them to teach gymnastics).
• A willingness to learn and grow as a person and an instructor.
• An understanding or willingness to learn early childhood development and developmental stages.
• The ability to thrive in a positive, family-friendly environment.
