• This is not eligible for health and dental benefits unless a current contracted teacher through Wayzata Public Schools

To create a classroom environment which fosters learning and personal growth; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed to provide an excellent education, in accordance with each pupil s ability; to establish effective rapport with pupils, parents; and to work collaboratively with other staff members. Summer Learning Academy is a half-day program that offers targeted instruction in math, reading, writing and/or science skills.

Through integrated learning and engaging activities, students will grow towards accomplishing personal academic goals.

• Must have a valid MN License
• Ideal candidates should have experience with multiple instructional designs and differentiated strategies that support diverse learners.
• Must have strong classroom management skills with the ability to maintain a positive learning environment.
• Must have the ability to build positive working relationships with students, parents, and staff.
• Must be proficient with current technology used to support communication, academics, and student progress monitoring.
