• Design and delivery of instruction that ensures the success of a diverse population of learners.
• Build positive relationships and work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff to foster a positive learning community.
• Perform duties in alignment with school and district expectations.
• Operate a computer and applicable software applications; utilize current technology to support communication, academics, and student progress monitoring.
• Maintain applicable student records to demonstrate behavioral and academic progress.

• Must have a valid MN Teaching License.
• Ability to build strong and positive relationships with colleagues, students, and parents.
• Experience managing classroom behavior and applying differentiated instructional strategies to support diverse learners.
• Ability to calmly and effectively respond to a variety of unexpected circumstances.
• Proficiency with technology used to support communication, academics, and student progress monitoring.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, rules, and regulations; ability to prepare and maintain records and reports.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with coworkers, supervisors, and the broader community.
