Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications and Experience- Active Minnesota teaching license with certification in special education
- Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching special education
- Experience working across varied age groups, including elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 8 students effectively
- Deliver individualized instruction and interventions to students with diverse learning needs
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
- Monitor and document student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly
- Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance instructional skills and student outcomes
